Desert Foothills Library Will Be Closed Until Further Notice.
As a precautionary measure to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), Desert Foothills Library will close until further notice. The Board of Directors and Staff will be evaluating the situation and we will continue to provide updates in every effort to give you the latest information.
All events, programs, and outreach have been canceled, along with meeting room reservations, through April 30th. If you have paid for an event or program refunds will be processed as soon as possible.
Due dates for all checked out materials have been extended until the Library re-opens. Though we will be collecting materials deposited in our bookdrops, patrons do not need to return their materials by the scheduled due date. The Library will not charge late fees. Patrons can disregard notices of overdue items until further notice. Donating Members can still place holds on items, but will not be able to pick them up until the Library re-opens.
Like many other organizations and institutions, we are striving to do our part to help prevent the spread of this virus. Thank you for understanding and your continued support.
